It is used for shape forming wooden vener into wooden tongue depressor sticks. The regular tongue depressor stick length is 150 mm.

After punching process, you will get well shaped tongue depressor sticks. At that time, the tongue depressor stick is wet and with certain moisture. 

You need further machine for product drying and polishing.  It needs the cooperation of steam boiler, heat exchanger and draught fan. 

After get well dried products, you can use LS-150 Wooden tongue depressor stick order arranging machine to arrange the sticks into good order.

FX-001E machine is mainly used for removing bent sticks, narrow stick and thin sticks. For Chamfering Machine, it is for chamfering the angle of the 

products. After chamfering process, the product is with round edge. To reach good effect, we will use MGCC-8 to further polishing the materials and 

also remove the dust on the sticks.  and then if you have high requirement on the products, you can use VISUAL wooden tongue depressor stick selecting machineto further select the materials and then go for the next stage. The next stage is wooden tongue depressor packing or bundling process.
